Jo van Ham and Peter Verkoulen are the two new ambassadors for the South Netherlands Philharmonic. They will promote the regional orchestra and make connections with other organisations.
Jo van Ham os also a board member of the TU Eindhoven. Peter Verkoulen is the director of the Smart Services Campus in South Limburg, which employs smart solutions using ICT and data.
The ambassadors were deliberately chosen from Brabant and Limburg. The orchestra also originated from a merger between the Brabants Dagblad and the Limburg Symphony Orchestra.
The previous ambassadors were Peter Struik from the Brabant Employers Association BZW, and Wim Weijnen from the Limburg Employers Association.
