Alderman Visscher, responsible for traffic, would like to add safety measures to the fly-over on the Kennedylaan in Eindhoven. This is following an accident, whereby a car came crushing down from the fly-over last Friday. This accident led her to go out and check the situation there.
According to Alderman Visscher, there was already a plan to improve the safety on the junction of Airbornelaan with the Kennedylaan. However, due to the accident last Friday, She feels that prompt action should now be taken.
The LPF political party had already informed Studio040 (The Eindhoven News station) that they were going to present to the City Council questions regarding the many accidents that occur on that spot. Tjerk Langman, committee member of the LPF, is satisfied with the additional safety measures announced by Alderman Visscher.
