After ten editions, annual international rock festival Speedfest will not be returning, according to organisers Peter Pan Speedrock.
Peter Pan Speedrock, working with Paaspop Events, organised the first Speedfest event a decade ago.
The two entities have mutually decided that no further editions will take place.
Paaspop Events is organising a similar festival in Eindhoven’s Klokgebouw, scheduled for November 2017 on the same date Speedfest would be held.
No further details have been released to date.
On Saturday November 26th, Peter Pan Speedrock will play a farewell gig at the Effenaar. Tickets for Saturday’s show have sold out, but are still available for the Friday before.
