Original jewelry from Sally Ocana at International Festival

Sally Ocana, a Columbian architect, will show her hand made jewelry and products on the International Festival on June 12.

In Cucunuba – Colombia she had a shop with her mother of handmade products called Casa Madera & Sandalo. She designs her products using organic and non-conventional materials like bamboo, Colombian amazon seeds such as tagua, orange skin and coffee beans for example. She makes colourful necklaces, bracelets, and crochet woven earrings.

Sally came to the Netherlands with her husband 9 years ago. She studied at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University of Bogotá in Colombia and specialized on building restoration at the Technical University of Madrid (U.P.M), Spain.
