Family Eindhoven resident suspected of Castle Murder interrogated

Resident of Eindhoven arrested for threatening with a knife

Yesterday the Brugge police interrogated a few family members of Ronnie van Bommel, the Eindhoven resident suspected of the Castle Murder. This according to the Belgian newspaper, Het Nieuwsblad.

The family members were not happy with this development, according to the newspaper. Apparently, a year and a half ago the family offered to assist the police with the investigation. At that time it was not necessary. It seems that they are now considered as suspects.

According to the Belgian police, a second shooter was also involved in the Castle Murder. Ronnie van Bommel was never convicted for the murder, because he died in 2012.
