Monday afternoon, a fire started in a house on Nederhoven. It was caused by maintenance work on the gutter.
The fire department called for an extra vehicle because the house is located at the corner of a street with terraced houses and they feared the fire would spread to neighbouring houses. This did not happen.
Nobody was inside the house when the fire started.
