A motorist got injured in an accident on the N2, the ring road around Eindhoven, last night.
The man lost control of his vehicle and hit the metal noise barrier. He then bounced back onto the road where he ended up blocking traffic.
Firefighter had to extract the man from his vehicle. A helicopter also offered assistance.
The N2 was closed between the High Tech Campus and the Veldhoven-Zuid exit, which resulted in a traffic jam. Traffic was rerouted.
