Ring My Bell: a popular art project in Woensel

In Woensel West the art project Ring My Bell has become very popular among local residents.

A part of the district that is on the demolition list, is kept livable by turning it into art. Visitors can ring the bell of uninhabited houses and get to hear all kinds of sounds. They can hear, for instance, footsteps on the stairs, a light being switched on or someone singing in the shower. Many of these sounds have been supplied by the residents themselves.

The Ring My Bell project is an initiative of housing corporation Trudo and can be visited until March.
