Food and music connects many cultures. Lots of new neighbours here had to flee their home countries. Many newcomers bring a rich culture of music, art and food with them. Time to discover that while we’ll enjoy this festival together.

This festival offers you the cuisine of the Middle-East, homemade by neighbours who are living in Jongerenhuis Eindhoven. There will be incredible live bands from Syria, Eritrea and many other countries, who will play a mix of traditional and modern fused world crossover music. Join the Dabke workshop from Dreaming Of Syria for the highly recommendable Arabic group dance.

Kids are most welcome too!  There will be various activities in the kidsroom like art, pictures and making cool wristbands together.

This is interacting with each other in an relaxed atmosphere in the garden of TAC. Cultural differences can be seen as an obstacle, but they sure are enriching. We’ll see you there.
