Municipalities and housing associations in the Eindhoven Urban Area are joining forces to meet an increasing demand for affordable housing, says Aedes, the national social housing organisation.

By building standardised housing – homes built largely to the same design – the organisations hope to keep prices low.

Scheduled for delivery by 2025, the 400 new homes will be distributed across all involved municipalities.
