A man was seriously injured in an accident on Oirschotseweg in Best this afternoon.
He was trapped in his car and had to be freed by the fire brigade.
An unknown object struck the man’s car. It hit the kerb and crashed into a tree, landing on its roof. The victim was stuck in the car and had to be brought out by the fire brigade. A trauma helicopter also came to the scene to provide help.
The man was finally taken by ambulance to the hospital in Tilburg. It is not clear how he is doing now.
