As of today, 28 December, fireworks are allowed to be sold in Eindhoven.
De Vuurwerkwinkel in Speelheuvelweg opened its doors at 08:00 this morning. It was busy from the get-go. “It seems to be even busier than other years”, says Michael van Til. He estimates that he helped at least a hundred people, just this morning. The shop received about 1 500 pre-orders. “The average spent on fireworks is much higher too. It has increased by 25% from last year.”
Fireworks can be bought at this shop until 30 December. On 31 December, only orders can be collected.
It is permitted to shoot fireworks from 18:00 on New Year’s Eve until 02:00 on the morning on 1 January.
