Police threatens to publish images

If suspects of a serious assault along Stratumseind do not report quickly, police will publish public images.

The perpetrators can be seen clearly on these images. This unusual measure was announced Monday by Eindhoven police. They hope to quickly catch the suspects.

The incident happened early July 14th. This was a Saturday morning. The victims were two men who were attacked along Stratumseind.

At least five men were involved in the violent attack. The men hit and kicked their victims. Both victims lost conscious for a while. Both ended up in hospital. They suffered various fractures.

The suspects have been recorded by surveillance cameras. Police has clear images. The suspects’  photographs have already been distributed among police officers. Monday morning, 3rd of September, an 18-year-old man was arrested in Eindhoven.

Police hope, witnesses who were also recorded by surveillance cameras, will come forward as well.
