The police are still looking for the culprit of a stabbing incident that took place yesterday (Thursday). The incident took place in a parking lot near the Student Hotel in Eindhoven. They are looking for a potential witness – an elderly man with a small dog.

The man can be seen on camera footage. He spoke to personnel of the hotel in Tramstraat and might have seen something. “We would very much like to speak with this gentleman”, the police state on their website. “He, supposedly, lives nearby. So, hopefully, people in the neighbourhood will know who he is, or he will recognize himself in the description.”

Drugs

Yesterday evening, a 19-year old man was stabbed in the parking area on Fuutlaan, near the Student Hotel. The victim was seriously injured.  Drugs seem to have caused the fight. It looks like the victim was involved in an altercation near the Albert Heijn in Vestdijk before the stabbing. A bystander alerted the emergency services.

The police started an investigation and saw the dog owner on camera footage. The parking area was also been combed for clues.
