Fontys is set to move its technical education courses to the TU/e campus.
Students will follow lectures in a new building made from sustainable materials and furnished with smart climate systems. Fontys is focused on managing a growing number of engineering students, as well as new technologies and cooperation with Brainport companies.
Courses moving to the new building include Automotive studies, Business Management MKB (small and medium-sized enterprises), Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, and a number of teacher training courses.
Construction of the new location will begin in 2019.
