Summa to move to BIC

Next year, Summa College’s technical courses will be presented at Brainport Industries Campus (BIC). This move will ensure that Summa benefits from the businesses and schools that collaborate at the Campus.

The Techniek, Procestechnolgie, Texlab and Fablab courses will start at the BIC in August 2018. The building, that will house technical and vocational students will be called Fabriek van de Toekomst (Factory of the Future).

Brainport Industries Campus is a place where innovative companies and institutes from the Brainport region are gathered. The companies here share facilities, such as cleanrooms and warehouses. This cooperation is aimed at blurring the division between business and education.
