Police solves burglary case by arresting sleeping driver

With the arrest of a sleeping driver in Strijp, the police solved a burglary case on Sunday. The man had stolen the car in which he drove and a mobile phone at a burglary.

The police was alerted to the burglar while he was sleeping in the car at a red traffic light. After reports by other road users, the man was shown a stop sign on the Cederlaan by the police.
