Eindhoven officers painted their nails en masse to show their support for terminally ill Tijn who became famous for his campaign for the Glass House of 3FM.
The six year old Tijn launched a campaign that as many people as possible paint their nails and donate money to Serious Request. Yesterday he and his father went to the Glass House to talk about the campaign, and in no time he received a lot of praise.His initial target was a hundred euros, but the current amount raised is seven thousand euros.
This includes a donation by Eindhoven police. “Tijn is a real hero,” the police wrote on Facebook. “He is terminally ill but still finds it important to do something for other kids in the world.”
