From Monday, residents of Eindhoven can opt to have their passports or ID cards delivered at home.
City councillor Torunoglu will mark the change by hand-delivering the first passport with a courier from Dynalogic.
Home delivery of travel documents is a pilot initiative of the Interior Ministry. Dynalogic, one of two companies selected to handle deliveries, also delivers documents for the council.
