220 new apartments in Strijp-S

Local authorities have sold a plot of land alongside the Natlab and Sint-Lucas complex in Strijp-S for the construction of 220 new apartments.

Real estate investment platform Meijer Realty Partners signed a deal with Eindhoven’s city council yesterday, purchasing the land for an undisclosed sum.

The apartments are expected to go on the market in mid-2018.

The new complex at Sint Lucas is still under construction and is expected to be ready this summer, in time for the beginning of the academic year.
