Children design dream machines for CKE

A seeing-eye robot, excuse watch, or cloud blower for clearing the weather. These are the just a few of the ideas from the 150 children at De Bergen and Trudo primary schools. The CKE: Centrum voor de Kunst (Center for the Arts) asked them to design their own dream machine.

This is done for the event ‘Eindhoven celebrates the future. " Which is held in the weekend of 14,15th May to celebrate Philips’ 125th anniversary year.

The idea arose from a quote from Einstein: "Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere."
And according to the CKE he was right: "If you really want to change the world, then you have to dreamed without limits.

With this the children went to work and drew the craziest and most original creations. If it were up to the children, we will have the previously mentioned devices in house, and be surrounded by robots and gadgets.

The drawings can be admired Sunday, May 15th in the Evoluon.
