The A2 highway is open to traffic again after being closed for most of the day following several accidents.
A truck carrying milk cartons overturned at the junction of Leenderheide and Valkenswaard, blocking all lanes for several hours while traffic was redirected along the hard shoulder.
Two further incidents took place in the resulting traffic jam, leading to the closure lasting longer than initially expected.
