A new supermarket in the city center opened its doors this morning. It is a Spar City Store, located in the Vrijstraat, the street leading up to De Bergen.
That area is completely refurbished. Along with the supermarket that area creates a new impulse in the center.
The Spar is a normal grocery, but the customer can also find ‘ready to eat’- products. The business is run by Eindhovenaar Wim van Kuppeveld. He’s worked as a grocer his whole life.
Spar City Store is the second branch in the city. The TUE campus also has one.
