A car was utterly burnt down on Sint Jozefplein (Sint Jozef square) in Geldrop, last night. Apparently, the fire had started around 03:45 hrs.
The fire fighters arrived rapidly at the scene. Unfortunately, they could not prevent the car from utterly burning beyond saving. Furthermore, a car that was parked nearby, also incurred light damage.
The police investigators do not rule out arson and are further investigating the incident.
