Police campaigns at Extrema and Wish Outdoor

The festivals Wish Outdoor in Beek en Donk and Extrema Outdoor in Best, coming month, should expect police campaigns.

The police union has been pursuing months of campaigning for a better agreement. According to Hans Giroldi of police union ANPV East-Brabant, it is not clear yet what the precise actions will be, reports Omroep Brabant.

Wish Outdoor is at 3, 4 and 5 July, and Extrema is a week later. For both the festivals around 30,000 visitors are expected. The association has chosen July 4 as a day of action.

Extrema did not react to the news yet. The organization first wants to get in touch with the police, and only then respond, said an employee to Studio040.

It is not the first time that the police has taken action. Earlier, there were actions at the Town Hall in Eindhoven and at the railway station. There was also a go-slow campaign at the A2.
