Visitors of Eindhoven Culinair (Culinary Eindhoven) can dine at the pavilions of well-known regional restaurants again this year, Eindhovens Dagblad reports.
Last year, Eindhoven Culinair changed the concept and organized a smaller-scale event. Then there was one big ‘Proeftuyn’ (tasting garden), because many restaurants had indicated that they could no longer afford to pay for a large pavilion.
However, too many visitors reacted negatively according to chairman Ad van Bergeijk. Therefore, Eindhoven Culinair will use the old concept again this year.
Eindhoven Culinair 2015 takes place during the Whitsun weekend from 22 to 25 May.
