The team of the TU/e has become fifth in the Race of the Classics, among the students better known as ‘De Rees’.
In classic sailing ships different student teams sailed across the North Sea to England and back. Traditionally the arrival is in Amsterdam.
Actually, the race was supposed to start last Monday, but was postponed due to the storm that raged across our country (and over the sea). Eventually, the sailing was done, but the sea was still quite wild. Several students were seasick on the go.
