In the framework of the national ‘Girlsday’, the technical schools of the Summa College Eindhoven will organize ‘Chicks love Technics’ tomorrow. During Girlsday all sorts of authorities and educational institutions are going to try to get young girls excited about technics.
With nitrogen ice cream tasting, making lip-gloss yourself and robot programming, the Summa College hopes to attract more female students during this day.
According to the educational institution it is worthwhile because girls often are creative and have precise and fine motorics. Schools can sign up classes for this open day, but also parents and women with an interest in a technical training are welcome.
