A memorial forest in Turkey will be planted for Özhan Coskun. The 29-year-old TU/e-employee died last month due to a fire in his apartment at Cederlaan.
Family and friends came up with the idea to plant a forest in memory of Coskun and started a fundraising campaign. The minimum required amount was attained within 36 hours, reports Cursor.
The forest will be planted near Denizli, Southwestern Turkey and will be named ‘Hasan Özhan Coskun Memorial Forest’.
