Medical center at Catharina Hospital expecting many patients

The upcoming long five day weekend will cause a peak period

at the emergency post of the Catharina Hospital in Eindhoven.

As one can only visit a doctor next Monday again, the emergency station which includes the GP centre, expects many phone calls with various complaints.

A trip to the emergency center is never completely preventable, but a few tips probably help. Harrie Geboers of the GP center will give these tips tonight in 040News.

And yet there is the risk of accidents. An accident with fireworks at New Year’s eve or ‘oliebollen’ (Dutch doughnuts) grease is always lurking in a corner.
