Eindhoven AttB studio wins Broeinest design comp

The young Eindhoven architects at Atelier to the Bone (AttB) have won the design contest to furnish the new Broeinest site in Strijp S. Broeinest is due to be opened around the start of next year, on the ground floor of the Glasgebouw and will offer free flex workspaces to (interior)architects and other creative entrepreneurs.

AttB have designed multi-functional furniture inspired by the Philips warehouse racks that used to be in the Glasgebouw. The furniture is easy to assemble and take apart, meaning it can be used very creatively.

At the beginning of this year, the AttB architects also won another prize. Then, it was for designing a kind of German Strijp S in Kaiserslautern.
