Five buildings at the NRE area will be publicly auctioned as of today. Thereby enabling the second phase of the area’s redevelopment to take place.
Eindhoven’s municipality would like to turn the NRE area into a dynamic quarter of Eindhoven. Thus having space for housing, work and creativity. Various old commercial properties are already housing new purposes, such as FIFTH NRE, The Vestzaktheater and Ludwig’s Bakery.
The buildings to be publicly auctioned are Building 4, 7, 9, 10 and 11. Interested parties should present a plan for the future purpose of the building in addition to their financial bid.
