Youth center Dynamo will start with their own ‘Academy’ next month.
Youngsters between 16 and 27-years-old who have a hard time getting employed elsewhere can go there. Dynamo aims to increase their chances on a job.
The youth center does this by connecting the youngsters to personal ‘tutors’. These tutors will try to find a job which exactly fits his or her qualities. Dynamo emphasizes that it is the intention to look especially at the personal talents of the youths.
In total 15 youngsters are participating in this pilot organized by Dynamo. They commit themselves to at least 15 hours a week to the center. From there they will be guided to a real job within a year.
