Burglars have been active in the Stratum area lately. According to a neighbourhood sergeant, 55 burglaries have taken place in the Eindhoven neighbourhood in one month time.
Mainly the Sinten and the Gerardus blocks have been hit. The offenders try to force the front door, according to the police. There are no indications of organized crime.
The police ask residents to report all suspicious situations.
