For Eindhoveners, safety and enforcement are the most important issues for the upcoming local elections. These finds come from the ‘digipanel’, for which over 2,000 citizens filled out a survey on the internet.
The panel could choose from a wide variety of subjects, After safety, traffic/transportation and social care are considered important as well. Heritage, city of design and the Van Abbe museum are not election issues, according to the respondents.
A sample also shows that 65 percent of all Eindhoveners is somewhat interested in local politics. Fifteen percent are close followers of municipal politics.
