Fire at restaurant Chomicha considered arson

Fire raged last night at restaurant Chomicha on the ‘Kruisstraat’. The fire was probably set on purpose.

A passer-by discovered the fire and alerted the fire department. The fire department discovered an object on the premises that was probably set on fire and thrown through the window.
The fire department was able to prevent the fire from spreading. There is a lot of smoke damage. As to the perpetrators and motive, nothing is known yet. The police are investigating.
