EINDHOVEN – An 18-year-old boy from Helmond called Rowin bought the first space trip at Media Markt on Saturday. The company used this and other bargains as a publicity stunt to celebrate their 12.5 year anniversary.
The young man will come and pay for the space trip at the branch in Eindhoven this Sunday, according to a representative of the company.The trip to space was sold for the sum of 73.000 Euros. That is the same price that ‘normal’ passengers would have to pay, but this offer includes an equipment package valued at 6600 Euros.
