276 million from Samsung for research ASML

VELDHOVEN – After Intel and TSMC now also Samsung will work closely together with the chip equipment manufacturer ASML from Veldhoven.

The South-Korean company contributes 276 million euros to research and development of new technologies. It also pays 503 million euros for a stake of 3 percent in ASML. ASML has announced that on Monday.
