EINDHOVEN – Mayor Rob van Gijzel and former Brainport Development director Elies Lemkes have been named topman and topwoman of the year 2012.
The city glossy FRITS organizes the election each year. On Sunday night the two were granted the title and the accompanying award at a meeting in Music Hall Frits Philips.According to the jury Van Gijzel and Lemkes deserve this title because they have been instrumental in the election of Eindhoven as brightest region of the world.
