The XL, expanded corona test street in Eindhoven will be on the Antoon Coolenlaan.
This solves the problem regarding the XL test location. Previously, it would have been located in the Klokgebouw, but mayor John Jorritsma preferred it otherwise. The XL location would have caused too much traffic.
In addition to the XL site in Eindhoven, the test site in Eersel will definitely be reopened. Earlier, the test site in Eersel was closed because a new test site in Valkenswaard would be more accessible.
Healthcare and education staff
The opening of the Eersel test centre is now definitive. In the two test centers in Eersel, Healthcare and education staff are getting corona tests on a priority basis. In other test centers, they’re training employees who will eventually start working at the XL locations.
At the end of last week, the cabinet designated the cities where an XL test street should be located, spread across the country. Construction has already started in Utrecht, Groningen, Rotterdam, and The Hague.
