The Hema store on Rechtestraat in the city centre will be replaced by a new construction after it relocates next year.

Architectural firm En/En has presented initial plans for the large glass-walled building, slated to be a retail space.

Hema will move to the corner of 18 Septemberplein and Hermanus Boexstraat in early 2020, ahead of the old store’s demolition.
