The Eindhoven Museum has a ‘mobile unit’, a museum on wheels, to move around small exhibitions in the city.
The first mobile exhibition was on display at the Marathon, last weekend. The ‘E-museum’ will also be present at the Dutch Design Week, which will begin this weekend. The exhibitions are, of course, about the history of Eindhoven, but the unit is also somewhat adapted to the specific location of the event.
The mobile museum consists of a cottage, where several smaller cottages are fitted in. Those smaller houses symbolise the districts of Eindhoven.
