Election Day in Brabant

Wednesday, 12 September 2012
EINDHOVEN – On Wednesday 12 September people from Brabant go en masse to the national polls. Emile Roemer, heading the SP (socialist party) will vote in his home town Sambeek. Also Henk Krol from Eindhoven (50PLUS party) has voted this morning.

The expectation is that it will be a neck-to-neck race between VVD (liberal party) and PvdA (labor party) at this ‘Tweede Kamer’ poll (Eng.: the House of Commons, Am.: the House of Representatives). Is it going to be Diederik Samsom or Mark Rutte? And how will be the results for Emile Roemer (SP), Henk Krol (50PLUS) and Dirk Poot (Pirate Party) from Brabant? Research shows that Brabant prefers a middle coalition. No less than 44 percent of the respondents believe in a government on the middle.Source: Omroep Brabant
