On Sunday morning, at 07:15, a dead man was found in a parking lot at Tongelresestraat in Eindhoven. It is not yet clear whether his death is due to a crime or not.

The victim was found in between a few cars. On Sunday afternoon a scan was made of the body. An autopsy was done today (Monday). Nothing is yet known about the identity of the man.

A local resident found the body. “Not much is clear at the moment”, a police spokesman emphasises. A forensic investigation has been carried out. A neighbourhood canvass was also done. It was determined whether there were usable camera images too.

The investigation into the death of the man continued on Sunday and Monday. It may then also become known whether he was fell victim to foul play.
