A 26-year-old motorcyclist had to hand in his driver’s licence on Tuesday. He had been driving over 200km/h on the A270 near Nuenen.
He was detained at a police speed control point. The man drove 216km/h where the speed limit is 100km/h.
On Tuesday the police also did speed checks on Flight Forum and the N2 near Eindhoven. Here, no less than four driving licences were taken off people who all drove more than 50km/h over the speed limit.
