Bicycle paths in Eindhoven must be made a lot safer.

This statement was made by the CDA, a local political party, in a recent round of Municipality enquiries. According to them, more and more people are exceeding the 25km/h speed limit. This is creating dangerous situations.

The CDA wants the City Council to map out how many people are involved in scooter and moped accidents in the city. The party also want to know if it is possible to, for instance, indicate speed limits on bicycles paths. They say many many people do not know what this limit is.
