Local company wins Social Innovation Award

Springplank040, a company from Eindhoven, has received the Social Innovation Award 2017. This is a prize that is awarded annually to an organisation that has been successful and innovative on a social level.

Springplank040 helps people who are removed from the job market to get employment and housing. By bringing stability back into their lives, candidates regain control over their circumstances. This is, in any case, the company’s vision. The organisation works closely with Trudo, a housing organisation from Eindhoven.

Thijs Eradus, who started Springplank040, is very proud of his company. He does not only credit his own team, but also the municipality, Trudo and the WIJEindhoven (WE Eindhoven) foundation. “We must not forget that there is still much work to be done. Our goal is to help many more people find jobs in the years to come.”
