DLL wins prize for its contribution to a sustainable economy

Financial services provider DLL from Eindhoven has won a prize. During the World Economic Forum the company received the Economy Investor Award, as recognition to an organization dedicated to the so-called circular economy.

DLL wins a prize for its contribution to a sustainable economy. The concept of a circular economy is all about sustainability. Everything used as natural resources is returned to society. As an example, if you are building a wooden cabin with planks of ten trees, you have to replant ten trees.

DLL is very happy with the prize. ‘It is fantastic to see that more and more companies are recognizing that this new way of doing business is interesting from a business standpoint, as well as being more sustainable’, says Rob van den Heuvel, Senior Vice President Global Asset Management at DLL.
