OM demands three years for stabbing filling station attendant

The 34-year-old Eindhoven resident who stabbed an attendant at the filling station on the Karel de Grotelaan last March must be jailed for three years. This was demanded by the Openbaar Ministerie (Public Prosecutor) in court in Den Bosch yesterday.

According to the justice department, the defendant has confessed to attempted murder.

Apart from the imprisonment, the perpetrator is also forbidden from contacting the victim and may not go anywhere near the two filling stations where the victim works.
