Local dishes were for sale at the Pure Food Festival that was held at the Eindhoven Wasven farm this past weekend.
Everything at the Wasven farm is biological and sustainable. During the festival there was a culinary market, but also cooking demonstrations, tastings and lectures. Local farmers showed their specialties, such as jam, asparagus and beef.
The ‘Groendomein Wasven’ is an area of almost 15 acres of cultural, natural and historical green in the Eindhoven neighbourhood of Tongelre. The farm is centrally located and organizes many activities, such as workshops and exhibitions.
